- Manage all functions and activities of Business Unit to provide strategies, informational recommendation e.g. analysis, dashboard, KPI measurement.
- Develop customer insights from data analytics to help understand customer characteristics and behaviors
- To conduct analytical model for segmentation, cross-selling and retention.
- Coordinate with relevant departments / parties to develop full understanding of customers in each segment
