Lead centralized Credit Administration Department to deliver quality and efficient credit administration services, compliance to all relevant regulations, policies and procedures, maintain good control as well as meet customer expectations.
· Manage the team for daily administration of loan documentation in full compliance with internal policy and external regulatory requirements
· Develop a robust process for security control, covenant examination, authorized signatory checking etc.
· Control after approval execution in compliance with approved terms and conditions, assignment of rights, conditioned payment, expiry date of collateral etc.
· Control the recording for deposit and withdrawal security documentations are properly handled with appropriate risk mitigation
· Manage the recording of all charges to ensure appropriate registered
· Ensure timely and accurately of credit line set up into systems according to set TAT and SLAs with business units
· Control collateral recording and reconciliation with original documents, design exception reporting condition to obtain necessary information and advise concerned party to take appropriate action
· Control credit documentation deferrals are effectively followed up with respective business unit to fulfill within the time allowed
· Conduct periodical review on loan administration procedures to improve and streamline process to ensure quality service delivery is maintained
· Encourage and guide team to execute beyond responsibility and motivate their professional development to achieve career path goals
คุณสมบัติ
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field. Legal or International business qualification is an advantage
· 5-10 years of direct or related experience and at least 10 years in banking business
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management level
· Strong knowledge of banking products, services and systems
· Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
· Good written and spoken English
· Familiar with legal system, commercial laws and regulations pertaining to security/transaction documentation
· Have a proactive approach to identify business risks and bring improvement in system to manage through innovative solutions
· Ability to think imaginatively to apply knowledge and experience to change trends/techniques in risk management
· Ability to build strong relationships both vertically and horizontally to develop good understanding across different business units
