5. Working stipulations
5.1 The annulment of employment / annulment of contract
The annulment of employment or contract can be done by either party notifying in writing its intent to do so in 7 days owning to the fact that one of the contracting parties had failed to abide by the terms of the contract, for which the other contracting party is not at fault. In the event that the contract is annulled because the Project Owner, latter shall be compensated for any damage resulting from the annulment of contract, but not in the amount more than that which the Architect had already been paid.
5.2 Ownership right of design and other documents.
The ownership right of design and other documents belong to the Architect whether the project is undertaken or not. The Project Owner has the right to use them for the project under contract, but for other projects for direct use in the work which are additional to the project, which the exception that written permission is granted by the Architect and that appropriate compensation is agreed upon, The Architect shall not use the design for construction of any other projects the Architect receives the Owner’s written permission.
5.3 The duration of work
After the contract agreement, the duration of project will proceed in 4-6 months which start counting from the day of contact signed.
5.4 The Contractor whom was participated shall submit to the authority. The Architect shall prepare documents and drawings for submission.
5.5 According to the scope of work, this includes services of Architectural design and Interior design, not included construction overseeing service.
5.6 The Architect shall inspect the construction site at least every 3 months.
