(Alberts et al., 1980). The flasks were incubated for 24 h
as shake cultures at 30°C and 100 rpm. 8 l of production
medium in bioreactor was inoculated with vegetative
inoculum in the final concentration of 6% (v/v).
Composition of a production medium was as follows:
