General qualification:
Male/Female , Thai Nationality, Age 33 - 45
Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
5 - 10 years working experience as customer relations or customer service in management level or related fields
Good command of English
Good problem solving, conflict management, and negotiation skill
Passionate for people development, customer focus and love to work in fast-paced retail environment
Be able to work in shift
