1. Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.
2. Participation in all activities.
3. Travel arrangement, visas and accommodation and car rental, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
4. Maintain Project Managers calendars.
5. Sites include all coverage, control locations including central and secondary dispatch locations, associated facilities.

17. Maintain document control, database management, track project activities, filing all drawings record and team communication.
18. Assists project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.

20. Maintain good communication with technicians and contractors to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication of issues, and proper documentation of the entire process at each job site.
21. Process daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs are completed as prescribed, and all invoicing is processed in a timely fashion.
22. Process client’s schedules and reports to ensure all appropriate customer needs and expectations.
23. Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
24. Retaining and demonstrating an – to date knowledge of developments in the project.
25. Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, handling them when appropriate.
26. Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
27. Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.

29. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
30. Responsibility for accounts and budgets.
31. Taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with management.
