The study revealsill-defined mass lesion in liver . It occupies almost the entire right lobe liver and medial segment of left lobe. Its size is about 17.1*15.6*15.4 cm (transverse * AP*CC). It is faintly enhanced on arterial phase with possible rapid wash-out on venous phase.
Tumor thrombus seen in right ,left portal vein and its braches.Mild dilated peripheral bile ducts in both lobes of liver is suggested ,more marked in left lobe.
Enlarged spleen.
Multiple prominent sized mesenteric,retroperitoneal and anterior diaphragmaticlymph nodes are seen,sized upto 0.8 cm (short axis diameter).
Increased fat strands of omentum. Omental invasion is suggested.
Minimal ascites.
S/P cholecystectomy.
Dilated CBD with tapered to normal size at its distal part.
Normal pancreas and both kidnevs.
