Today I have the day off.
I am not recommending the
way I eat.
Its because of laziness
and insomnia.
At the moment I have
a brunch, which includes
meat.
But eating seems to
take the energy out of me.
So I use this to get back
to sleep.
So when I wake up
I have coffee, and then
try to get through the whole
of the shift on my super-juice.
If I really need to eat during work
I will have egg yolks.
Then I will have a big meal
once I am home.
Also with meat.
I am not saying this is
a good thing.
Probably the eating schedule
will alter, now that I will
be going to the gym.
