1. Prepare Daily Flash Food Report;
2. Be doing spot checks inventory beverage for Bar.
3. Create/update recipes (food, beverage, special costing);
4. Ensure proper issuance for F&B items from the Store;
5. Ensure store items are checked regularly on expiry and freshness;
6. Reduce Spoilage by monitoring and using better stock movement;
7. Attend specific banquet function if necessary to spot check stocks;
8. Maintain a close working relationship with the Food and Beverage Manager, Executive Chef, and Purchasing Manager and make them aware of any potential problems or opportunities and improve the controls in their areas as they relate to F&B;
9. Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management;
10. Check menu costing for Food & Beverage and verify it with pricing policy;
11. Prepare monthly F&B cost report and month-end reconciliation reports;
12. Introduce and monitor par stock levels in all Beverage outlets (excluding Banquets)
13. Ease with purchasing department on any supply or pricing issues;
14. Attend monthly Food & Beverage meetings and other business related meetings;
15. Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene legislation;
16. Work experience in food & beverage department;
