I still have not heard from you.
As stated before, my old policy expired on 9 Jan 2016 @ 16:00 and despite your promise that the new policy would be effective as of 7 Jan 2016 and the fact that the required premium is fully paid, I still have not received a proof of insurance for the vehicle, as required by law.
Please let me know when I will receive such proof, while the policy papers are being processed.
