Table (3) illustrated that 38.4% of children were classified as level III or urgent and level IV or semi-urgent were 50.8%. Around 51.7% of children had received specific nursing intervention in the form of airway management and fever management with triage compared to 41% of children received base line assessment as vital signs. Regarding waiting time around 50.8% of children waited for less than 30 min compared to 32.5% of children wait for a period between 30 minutes to less than 60 minutes.
