Salted Eggs and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
2 salted duck eggs (itlog na maalat)
2 medium plum tomatoes, cubed
1 teaspoon fish sauce
Instructions
Slice the salted eggs in half.
Scrape the egg white and yolk then arrange in a bowl.
Add the cubed tomatoes and fish sauce. Mix well.
Serve. Share and enjoy!
