Kinetic effects can also explain why lower sensitivity of
the determinationwas achieved using high-speed titration, although
the sample dispersion is less (D≈3–10) than when the
mixing gradient chamber is used (D > 15) and thus, theoretically,
the sensitivity of the high-speed determination should
be higher. The longer residence time of the sample in the
mixing gradient chamber apparently allows the reaction to
proceed more to completion.
