2. Responsibilities
- Setting up Thailand Call Center
- Staffing Customer Services Agent
- Handling and ensure LINE users satisfaction
- Handling customer complaint
- Coordinate with Development team in Japan and Korea
- Follow up cases and make call log reporting
3. Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- 5 years experiences in Customer Services and Call Center preferably Supervisor or Manager level
- Service-minded, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Hard working, dedicated, healthy and can-do attitude
- Good command of Thai (Native) & English (Fluent) both speaking and writing
- LINE applications user
- Good team work
