Canned Sardine Spicy Salad
2 cans sardine in tomato sauce
2 tbsp finely shredded young ginger
1⁄4 cup finely sliced shallot
1 tbsp spring onion, cut into short length about 1” long
1 tbsp spring onion, finely sliced
1⁄4 cup mint leaf
Dressing
1⁄2 tsp sliced hot chili
1⁄4 tsp salt
3 tbsp lime juice
To make the dressing: Thoroughly chili, salt and lime juice.
Toss the sardines with young ginger and shallots. Add the spring onion and mint leaves, and toss again lightly.
Transfer to a serving dish, scatter sliced spring onion on top before serving.

2. Toss the sardines thoroughly with ginger and shallots.
3. Add the spicy dressing and toss well.
