This chapter has presented writing strategies reported in each stage of the writing process: Planning, Translating and Reviewing. In addition, three models of the writing process were identified from the think-aloud protocols and the recording of ScreenCam program. From the overview of e-mail writing, as in Flower and Hayes' model, three stages and recursiveness were employed. The next chapter will highlight for discussion the most interesting findings that occurred in e-mail writing in this study.
