You can see a service complaints increase and higher than last year same as a BCS score it on a down trend and lowest than every brand that we never have and we got a lowest score as well.
I think we are not serious enough still สบาย สบาย and do not have passion or proudly in your job and your brand.
I would like to say to everyone include myself it time to wake up and stress yourself and our team to back on track and then to be better as a leader of a minor food group brand.
