According to the depot performance monitoring in order to increase operational and meet the company’s Target efficiency we need to have closed monitoring for depot performance and set up the conference call to the depot who have the lowest performance (Highlighted in red) in order to get the feedback, action plan or support needed from depot manager or supervisor to improve and develop our service.
Also need Daily feedback from the lowest depot of each region by providing the route cause, action plan and support needed (if have) every day from tomorrow onward.
