In order to meet the U.S. import requirements, as you DHL cannot change address on the AWB, please send us a DHL letter, showing correct consignee address.
This shipment is not in compliance with the U.S. Customs and we have a deadline, time frame to get the paperwork fixed.
We need to receive the DHL letter. On the future shipments from DHL if we do not have the correct consignee information, shipment will have to return to the sender, as we cannot have non-compliance cases.
