CT UPPER ABDOMEN WITH MULTIPHASIC MDCT OF LIVER :#13 @ Plain and postcontrast axial multiphasic MDCT of the upper with coronal & sagittal reformatted were performed. Oral contrast was also administered.#13@ Findings:#13@ -Hepatomegaly with multiple varible size and shaped, inhomogeneous hypodensity masses diffuse in both hepatic lobes with early arterial enhancement and rapid wash out, the largest one is at RT hepatic about 12 cm in size with compressed intrahepatic IVC.#13@ -LT portal vein thrombosis .#13@ -Enhanced and thickened wall of the gastric body with ulceration is observed, about 1.5 cm in maximal thickness and 5.9 cm in length.#13@ -Minimal bilateral effusions and ascites.#13@ -Sub segmental RLL atelectasis.#13@ -Subcentimeter gastrohepatic and retroperitioneal noded.#13@ -NO dilatation of intrahepatic bile duct or common bile duct is noted.#@13 –Collapse GB.#@ -The spleen , pancreas , both kidneys , both adrenal gland appear normal.#@13 –Scoliosis of lumbar spine with lateral subluxation of L4 on L5 and large marginal spurs.#@ -The remainder is unremarkable.#@13 #13@ #13@ [Conclusion} #13@ :Multifocal HCCs with LT portal vein thrombotasis, hepatomegaly and gastric ulcer is first considered.#13@ DDx: CA stomach with multiple hepatic metastasis.#13@ :Subegmental RLL atelectasis, minimal bilateral pleural effusion and ascites.
