After guest confirmed booking Please ensure that the guest agrees in CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZED FORM and must have customer signature, details of credit card correctly for deposit.
Front Office
When the guest comes to check-in, need require guest to sign a slip credit card and credit card slip must be same with the reservation department use for guest booked room and deposit.
