Interviews were carried out to collect data. The interview guidelines were structured
into two main sections. First section sought the background information such as
project details, project team details and the respondents’ details. In the second section,
interviewees were asked to explain the whole LEED process that they underwent under
the ten steps of Mendler et al. (2006) described above. In each step, following questions
were raised to identify the team processes and team leadership features:
