The sensory attributes were evaluated on the basis of color, smell, texture, taste, and overall acceptance using a 7-point hedonic scale, where 1 indicates extreme dislike and 7 indicates extreme like. ICN rehydrated with water at 100 °C after 17 kGy of irradiation was served to a panel of 15–20 experienced members. An orientation session was conducted before their participation. Water was provided to wash the oral cavity between tasting each treatment.
