Job Responsibilities :
- To achieve placements target as assignments.
- Manage candidate database and analyze related data regarding recruitment.
- Utilize media to attract potential candidates
- Recruitment analysis, propose good / proper solutions to potential candidates.
- Dealing with executive search and being a good consultant to internal business units
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Male or Female, Age not over 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HRM / HROD / Training /Political Science or related fields.
- At least 1 years' experience in sourcing , recruitment and selection process
- Excellent communication skill, Co-ordination, Negotiation and inter-personal skill.
- Result oriented, Self driven, High achievement.
- Mature and hardworking, Good team player and able to work independently.
- Good command of English and computer literacy
