This request is sent to Group Owners, or members if Owner is not defined.

For Group(s) you are currently using, select “○”, and
describe its purpose in Column F “Purpose”.
For Group(s) not in use, select “×”.
⇒ Note that Groups indicated with “×” will be deleted on Wednesday, July 13.
※We will also delete any Groups if its Column E “In Use” is left blank, so please make sure to provide an answer to all Groups you are concerned.
