The current focus of many researchers has been trying to determine the cause of recent rise in obesity rates among children. One reason, hormones are responsible for children is weight. This hormone imbalance affects children’s body to be larger than normal. Another reason, obesity has increased because of a late-night meal. For example, having a meal around midnight makes the metabolism rate (the rate at which you “burn off “energy form the food you eat) decrease; so, children tend to get fat. A final reason, eating habits largely cause overweight in children. Specifically, they tend to eat snacks all the time while rarely playing games outdoors.
