Essential oils from the three Eucalyptus species showed high antimicrobial activity against the yeast C. albicans as they were all more effective than 30 lg of nystatin. The highest antimicrobial activity was observed for E. staigeriana oil with an inhibition zone diameter of 26.7 mm. The lowest activity against the yeast was recorded for the essential oil of E. olidaNSW at 12.6 mm while the essential oil of E. dives and E oildaVIC had similar activities at 15.4 and 15.6 mm, respectively
