1.Implement the remuneration package (payroll, benefits etc.) according to BoD and management approval,including remuneration analyze, review & recommend to management
2.Develop and implement action plan for employee relation program to achieve company target and maintain staffs morale.
3.Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of Employee Relation management
4.Monitor,measure and report on HR issues,opportunities and improvement plan
5.Implement the welfares package (long service,uniform,sport club etc.)according to BoD and management approval,including analyze,review recommend to management
6.Ensure & implement to comply with labour law, related law& regulation
7.Execute leave & time management,staff benefit claim,
8.Promote and ensure for good employee relation
9.Execute for administration and support work for company
