result shows that, the effect of temperature on the DC
component of the pulsating voltage is especially obvious,
while it is slight on AC component;
3) The different data of breakdown voltage under different
temperatures shows that, the relationship between the
breakdown voltage of oil-paper insulation under pulsating
voltage and the temperature could be described by this
formula:
