Job duties may also include issuing admission tickets to guests and scanning passes if applicable while working as a cashier, serving food and beverages to customers along with related work duties that may include food preparation, some cooking, keeping the work station clean, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the park, sweeping and removing trash as well as other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Participants must be able to hear and communicate emergencies from guests and be a fast problem solver if problems arise. Employees must be able to stand for long periods of time and must be able to communicate effectively with guests. They must have a good working knowledge of U.S. currency and excellent customer service skills.
Please note that the employer will decide where participants will be placed within the park and best suited for upon arrival so main job responsibilities may vary throughout program. Individuals will also be cross trained and may be asked to fill in at another work station when needed.
