You could also try:
1. Verify that you do NOT have hosted checked in your connection info.
2. Try to go to the URL: http://192.168.0.2/dataservices/clientservices/securityuser.svc
a. Try this on the phone – if that works, you can skip (b) and (c). If it fails, go to (b).
b. Try this on a computer within the network. – if (a) failed but this works, then the phone is not connected to the wireless network where the server 192.168.0.2 is located. Connect on a local network (get on a wireless connection that connects to the server). If this fails, go to (c).
c. Try this on the server – if this works, but (a) and (b) fail, it’s most likely a firewall issue on the server. Try turning off the firewall on the server and test again to verify that it’s the issue. If it’s a firewall issue, try configuring an appropriate port exception.

3. If the URL works, and we’re not connecting to hosted, then the main thing to check would be your credentials. Make sure the username/password is a managerplus username that has access to work orders.
