We found that particle size decreases with increasing pressure in the range of 10–24 MPa, decreasing temperature in the range of 308–328 K and increasing CO2 flowrate in the range of 0.5–1.5 g/min.On the other hand, the subcritical
antisolvent process (5 MPa, 308 K and 10 MPa, 328 K) lead to
amorphous andrographolide particle formation and low precipitation
yield.
