Mycelial discs of thermotolerant isolates of Trichodermawere placed onto PDA medium supplemented with 0.25 M, 0.5 M, 0.75 M and 1.0 M NaCl, respectively, and incubated at 28°C for 7 days.
Degree of survival was determined by measuring the colony growth on the media.
Two replicates for each concentration were used and the strains grown at optimum temperature were treated as control.
