Trying a bundling maneuver – where the company lumps together a range of services and products to come up with what is labeled a “total solution” for customers. This is all very well for the company because it includes a product and whatever services are required to implement or support that product but the solution is too generic to meet the customer’s needs in detail. Furthermore, it isn’t at all unusual for companies to bundle together only the products and services they offer
themselves. Customers simply want their problems solved as cost effectively as possible, regardless of who provides the individual parts of the package.
