General Guidelines/Policies
1. Authorization
1.1. Star 360 will submit a GRN (RMA) to LFL as authorization to collect returns from the customer.
LFL is not authorized to collect returns without a GRN. This is also applicable to customer rejection & order cancellation after ship confirmation.
1.2. Unauthorized Returns - LFL delivery team is NOT to accept any unauthorized returns from customers. In the event of a customer insisting on returning products at the point of a delivery, (if it is during office hours, Star 360 could be contacted and attempt to resolve the problem on the spot.) then the driver is requested to take the products that were to be delivered, back to the warehouse and report the incident. LFL is to wait for a fresh set of Star 360 instructions (within 72 hours) before putting the stocks back into the system and physical locations. (note: this policy applies as there are no privileged customers)
1.3. LFL is not authorized to receive return quantities greater than that indicated on the GRN (RMA).
