Hyperbaric and temperature treatment conditions did not have significant effect (P > 0.05) on total phenolic content (Table 3). Thetotal phenolic content was slightly but significantly affected by time(P < 0.0001) and the interaction between treatment conditions andtime (P = 0.009). After 4 days of treatment, the total phenolic content remained fairly stable and there was no significant difference among pressure and 13◦C treatment conditions (P > 0.05).
