Comprehensive derig/load out schedules
· Required for both Ceremonies
· We also need to understand how the load out of the Opening Ceremony will work alongside the load in for the Closing Ceremony. For example, the lectern from the Opening Ceremony will need to be transported to the Closing Ceremony. We need to be clear on when actions like this will happen.
Technical/staging equipment details
· Exact specification of all technical equipment (the current information provided by AVP is not detailed enough). For example, some of the things we need to understand are:
· video equipment/feeds/screen formats
· audio system and number of/type of microphones
· lighting equipment and system capabilities
· show communications system including number of headsets wired and wireless
· Comfort monitors on stage; how are these installed and hidden? What do the monitor hides look like?
Crewing list
· It is essential that we understand how AVP plan to staff the Ceremonies. With so many elements (performers/flags etc.) we need to ensure we have enough people to support.
· Name and role for each person
· Show crew (technical operators/stage management) to be clearly identified
