81 to 100 Outstanding - A performer that constantly exceeds expectations and is consistently outstanding. An employee who goes above and beyond the call of duty to achieve and grow within the business.
61 to 80 Highly Effective – An employee that consistently fulfils job requirements and exceeds expectations.
40 to 60 Competent – An employee that consistently fulfils the job requirements.
20 to 40 Needs Improvement – An employee that meets some standards and expectations but needs improvement in some areas
0 to 20 Unsatisfactory – An employee whose performance consistently fails to meet the job requirements. An improvement plan will be required in order to re-align performance expectations.
