For the LC, the column was a Nova-Park C18 column (4 mm,
3.9 mm 150 mm) with a column temperature of 35 8C. The
detection wavelength was 500 nm. The LC/MS used a C18 column
(150 mm 2.1 mm) at 35 8C. A methanol solution with 5 mM
ammonium acetate and 0.2% glacial acetic acid (80: 20, v/v) was
used as the mobile phase. Isocratic elution was used in HPLC at
0.2 mL/min. The MS conditions used electrospray ionization,
source voltage of 3.5 kV, positive and negative full scan detection
mode, scan range of m/z 300–900, nitrogen sheath gas at 30 L/min;
auxiliary gas (N2) flow rate of 5 L/min, a capillary temperature of
250 8C, a capillary voltage of 35 V, and a lens compensation voltage
of 110 V.
