The purpose of this study is to investigate the relative influenceof customer satisfaction of each transactional service on integratedsatisfaction with an integrated resort and its direct and indirecteffects on customer loyalty toward that resort. This research exam-ined transaction-specific satisfactions by which tourists evaluatethe offerings of the integrated resort including F&B service, hotelservice, casino service, and shopping mall service. The integratedsatisfaction is defined in this study as tourist’s overall assessmentof the overall service of the different aspects of an integrated resort.Fig. 2 exhibits the basic research model of the study that has notpreviously been empirically tested.
