Children who view shows in which violence is very realistic and frequently repeated are more likely to imitate what they see. According to Mandrapa “that kids who watch cartoons full of violence tend to be nervous, aggressive and disobedient.” (2014) Children who watch cartoons 3-4 hours in a day are prone to violence. It encourages aggressiveness, makes children less sensitive to violence, and increases their desire for more violence in real life. The violence in cartoons are harming to the children because they cannot tell the difference between real life and face.
