Both letter you received were actually generated by system and based on the history in the system, I think you might have received the letter on the items “due for claims”
I have spoken with Esmie (the escalation channel) and unfortunately, the destination post never replied to us. It is highly likely that both items are lost.
What I need from you:
Please try to get the latest email from the same sender (should already be sent to you in Aug or Sep), which proves you that you’re qualified for compensation.
What we are doing:
1. Esmie will write to Destination Post and try our luck for the last time
2. After receive the documents I need from you, I will talk to SP CS manager to get these 2 cases compensated
