- The Borrower shall properly submit the following
documents as soon as the Borrower obtains such
documents.
(a) Evidences showing completion of the transfer of all
of the necessary right and acquisition of all of the
necessary license and/or permission in relation to the
relevant Project.
(b) Due Diligence Reports including Technical Report,
Hazard / Earthquake Report, in relation to the relevant
Project and/or the relevant Land
- Presentation of Construction Progress Report regularly
- Presentation of Financial Statements regularly
- Negative Pledge
- Not to get associated with any Antisocial Forces
- Other customary covenants
