Data were obtained using a structured questionnaire containing closed questions.
Respondents were asked to indicate their level of consumption of PDO olive oil as well as their level of agreement or disagreement with a series of statements based on a seven-point Likert scale. Specifically, the data obtained referred to consumer satisfaction, loyalty and buying intentions of PDO “Olive Oil from Bajo Aragon”.
