PROPOSAL FOR THE DESIGN RESTAURANT PROJECT
A. Interior Design
1. SCOPE OF SERVICE
The interior design services will consist of the following work :
1.1 Interiorl Design.
1.2 Site visit.
2. PHASING
2.1 CONCEPTUAL DESIGN PHASE
Collect all physical data and project’s requirements as well as building regulation of the site area. Submit to the Owner, the schematic design work including :
- Design program
- Schematic layout
- Conceptual Design comprising floor plans, Sections and Elevations.
2.2 PRELIMINARY DESIGN PHASE
The design will be prepared on the basis of the CONCEPTUAL DESIGN which has already been approved by the project Owner. Work in this stage consists of the following :
- Site plan, floor plan, sections and elevations.
- Perspective illustration as necessary.
- Preliminary Cost Estimation.
2.3 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE
Develop the design to suit owner’s comments and include more details on architectural and building engineering systems. Submit to the owner, the Design development including,
- Revised building plans, Section, Elevations and necessary Details.
- Design concept for structural and engineering systems.
- Outline specifications and finishing schedule.
- Cost Estimation.
2.4 BIDDING PHASE
- Prepare working drawings and necessary documents for construction bidding process. 3 Copies of blue print for bidders and one extra set of the same for owner’s reference shall be provided.
- Evaluate bids return for compliance with drawing and specifications.
- Recommendation on the qualified contractor.
- Provide 2 sets of necessary document for construction contract.
2.5 CONSTRUCTION PHASE
- Monthly site inspections will be performed.
- Additional detailed drawing will be provided to assist the contractor if necessary.
- Check and approve shop drawing, samples, and other materials testing result.
