Tables 5.1 and 5.2 show the relative areas of concern
from the shop-floor workers for both CL and LPL.
The mean score (MS) is the average score from all the
subjects from the respective processes. The rankings of
the scores are based on the MSs, where the lower the
scores the higher the ranking of dissatisfaction.
