To inspect guestrooms especially VIP guest as assigned and to ensure that special requirements
have been follow up.
• Welcome and escort guests, in particular Chinese guests upon arrival and VIP staying in our hotel.
• To be fully knowledgeable of all hotel facilities and product knowledge, operation hours, key personnel,
Special activities, functions of hotel as well as hotel’s fire, safety and emergency procedures.
• The ability to handle problem and guests complaints. To make prompt and sound decisions based on
the best possible satisfaction to our guests and the hotel.
• The ability to display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with guests and
employees to reflect the high standards of Miracle Group.
• To review the daily VIP and Chinese arrivals with Front Office team to ensure that proper room blocking
are well prepared.
• To encourage guests’ feedback via Guest Comment Card and Trip Advisor.
• Be fully knowledgeable on the use of the hotel computer systems as well as any other related systems
within the hotel which concerned to Guest Service.
• To be familiar with room and rate availability for current and future dates.
• Be responsible for Chinese guests and VIP visits from a co-ordination and key liaison viewpoint.
• Able to patrolling the concerned area which related to the guests facilities.
• The ability to perform other duties/projects as assigned by immediate superior and hotel management
