We fully agreed with you. Is it alright with you to make this case as good will to the customer for the last time ? .If we can get the prior agreement from this customer that this is the last time good will gesture from Uster and after this case . The next time they have to pay for the repair charge themselves without anymore arguement about the validity of warranty ? Because the warranty has past already as per Uster official record.
Please note . Until this moment we did not commit anything to this customer. It is all up to your approval .? We just told them we will try our best to report the case to the RSC subject to their instruction of what action to be take. ? This 4 defective iMH clearers are still sitting at our repair station .
