I wonder why you always send e-mails only in the Thai language even when you know that a foreigner will receive it. I like your site but that has the same problem, you, and many other companies here in Thailand, use an image with Thai script inside. Even if we would try to translate the text, which will show garbage most of the time as Thai is simple tone language with little grammar and for such a language only manual translation will work. Google, Bing, etc none can translate it because Thai use 5 different tones which implies that every word can have 5 very different meanings.
In the view of many foreigners here, who don't have the intention to learn reading and writing Thai as we can only use it here, it is very irritating always to receive and view sites in Thailand with the option to choose for English but when companies are using images with text embedded then they can remove that button too since only the header and a few words will be shown in English. We find it very strange that in 2015 Thailand is still the only country on the world where people can not speak English except the words yes, no and I have no money. Even in Cambodia and Vietnam I can talk English with people and they understand and reply in English too.
Today I received another mail from you about my experience with Lazada but again completely in Thai so I don't answer as I have no clue where you are talking about. Many foreigners like Lazada but if we can chose between a site in Thai and a site in English then we will chose for the last mentioned since we know exactly what they offer and has no different pages for Thais and one for foreigners with less options, see for this the different language pages of DTAC and Happy. Very irritating and many, many years forbidden in my country where there is a law against discrimination.
