For employees who own his/her vehicle, he/she will be entitled to a fixed transport allowance taking into consideration of the job requirement determined by the Management and the allowance shall cover the following car-related expenses:
Petrol
Parking coupons/ticket
Toll Charge
Road Tax
Insurance
Maintenance/ Repair
The transport allowance may be adjusted from time to time, as and when deemed necessary by the Management.
Payment of transport allowance will be at the end of each calendar month together with salary.
For employees who drives but not entitled to the fixed allowance, he/she will be entitled to mileage claim of THB 7/km should he/she be required to perform work outside the office premises/ local outstation by his/her supervisor.
For employee who travels on a Company-Owned Vehicle, the Company shall pay for petrol, car parking at designated premises and all related expenses needed to maintain the vehicles. The Company will not be responsible for any parking fines, traffic summons served and damages to the vehicle due to the negligence of the employees. Any traveling which are made during non-working days/hours and not work-related will be for the account of the employees. In addition, the employee will also be responsible for any damages to the vehicle during non-working days/hours or caused by non work-related activities.
